All Policies


  • All orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days, depending on the volume of orders. Most items are shipped the same or next business day (Monday-Friday)
  • Priority Shipping (1-2 business days) 
  • First Class Shipping (2-4 business days)
  • US Orders take 1-2 business days to depart from SANIYAH
  • Total time for USPS First Class Shipping is 3-6 Business days 
  • Total time for USPS Priority Mail is 2-4 Business days 

  • All products are shipped via USPS. Once your order departs SANIYAH we are no longer responsible for the delivery of your order. We will do all that we can to make sure that you get your order in a timely manner, but any shipment issues that occur after you have been provided a tracking number should be taken up with USPS.
  • Please be sure to enter the correct address, and include apartment numbers. If USPS is not able to deliver your item(s) due to an invalid address, your item(s) will be returned to SANIYAH and you will be refunded.
  • Please send your item(s) to a safe address. If your package is stolen from your residence we are not responsible.


  • All sales are final there will be no refunds given unless you have received a defective item.
  • If for any reason you need to return a defective item, you must contact customer service via email at
  • If you would like to exchange a defective item, the price of your original item will be credited to your exchange order once your item has been received and inspected.
  • If there are any signs that the item you are trying to return has been used/worn (smells, stains, etc.) then your item will be returned to you with no refund/exchange.
  • You are responsible for the shipping fee if you decide to send an item back to be exchanged/returned.
  • Being that some items are limited edition & will not restock, you have 14 days after you've received your defective item to return it for an exchange. After those 14 days we will no longer accept the item(s).
